  11. Welcome to the EVILCS Community! At the time of registration, it is considered that you have read this regulation and you agree 100% with what is written here. If you are already registered when the rules are posted, your continued posting constitutes tacit acceptance of its content, regardless of whether you have read it or not. EVILCS is a forum intended for all categories of users (gamers, those who are part of the IT&C world, people who want to develop a civilized conversation on various topics of culture and science, art and humor, etc.). Discussions that fail to fall within the limits of common sense and the 7 years at home are not approved by the forum management, including those in private messages. The moderators of the different sections have the obligation to respect this wish and therefore have the right to close or delete any parallel discussion. It is considered that the use of warnings and explanations is useful, in the hope that certain attitudes / errors of expression will be corrected in the future. It is recommended to use the "Search" option to see if the topic you want to discuss by starting a new topic has not already been discussed. The use of uncivilized, aberrant language, discussions like IRC, monosyllabic replies like "yes", "lol", "that's it", etc., the promotion of software piracy and the writing of messages that contravene the legislation in force are not allowed. We want every user of this forum to be protected by the current regulation, therefore, the position/nationality/race/age of the user assaulted by insults does not matter, and the scandal will bear the consequences. Each user is responsible for what he writes, the management of this forum does not assume responsibility for your opinions. The fact that a user has a different opinion, well argued and expressed, does not denote lack of respect towards his interlocutors and their opinions. Topics of discussion which by their essence are intended to cause scandal are prohibited - both their initiators and those who get caught in this "game" will be severely punished. Clones are not supported. A new account created by a user whose old account has been deleted is not considered a clone. If a user is banned/suspended and creates an account that he uses to circumvent that sanction, both accounts will be deleted. This rule is retroactive. Avatars, custom titles, signatures and nicknames must not have anti-Semitic, racist, pornographic or excessive violence. Their message must not produce any kind of confusion between the quality of user and moderator/administrator or violate the laws in force of our country. These specifications are not limiting - we reserve the right to introduce other restrictions in the future depending on the situations that will arise. In addition to this regulation, it is advisable to read the regulations of the sections in which you want to start the activity. This forum is only posted in Romanian or English. The rules for using the forum are based on a few common sense rules, however, depending on the crime committed, different sanctions can be applied for those who fail to comply with the seven years at home. SANCTIONS: 1. Off Topic - written warning for the first violation, followed by the right to post for a period of one day. 2. IRC-like language - written warning for the first offense, followed by the right to post for a period of one day. 3. Violation of posting rules - one day suspension. 4. Avatars, signatures, names, etc. 5. Inappropriate language (vulgar, obscene) - PERMANENT BAN! 6. Assault on the person - Suspend for one day or PERMANENT BAN depending on the situation. 7. Offenses - Verbal warning or PERMANENT BAN depending on the situation. 8. Warez - permanent ban. 9. Advertising / Spam - permanent BAN. 10. Creation of several accounts - permanent BAN. 11. Spam in an interval of 10 minutes with more than 20 positions is sanctioned with a ban. For a better understanding of this system, we would like to specify certain definitions of some crimes found in the list above: - IRC-like language - Using abbreviations specific to discussions on IRC ("k" instead of "ca", "p" instead of "pe", "bn" instead of "well", etc...), punching intentional use of some words ("eo" instead of "eu" etc...), the use of the so-called Hacker language ("534|2(|-|" instead of "search", "n0rM4L" instead of "normal "etc...) - Violation of the posting rules - Violation of the posting rules specific to a certain section of the forum. The penalty is applied to the "original" user, the accounts being deleted. REGULATION OF MODERATORS: 1. GROUND RULE: User rules are not excluded for moderators! The same penalties will be applied, and if it is repeated, it will lead to the withdrawal of the moderator's right on this forum. 2. Once you become a moderator on this forum, you agree to maintain order and, if necessary, to sanction, with prior notice to an Administrator, other members. 3. Do not abuse the access you have. 4.
